Information used by the tools
The résumé and invoice builders, CSV/JSON table conversion, subtitle tools, browser image editor, contrast checker, unit converter, password generator, encoding conversion, file hashing, JSON formatting, text tools, and timestamp conversion run locally in your browser. Their code does not upload your tool input to Btech3, and does not save it in cookies or local storage. Copying or downloading a result is an action you choose.
QR generation and image conversion send the submitted text or file and selected settings to the server. This information is processed only to return the requested result. The application does not maintain a library of your uploads or generated outputs. The web server or upload framework may buffer requests in temporary storage while handling them.
Video and PDF uploads
Video and PDF tools save private temporary input and output files to process your request. They are not public pages or a permanent file library. A random access key is required to check, download or delete a job. Keep the tab open: this key is held in the page’s memory. Results expire one hour after submission. The worker or scheduled cleanup removes expired files; if both are unavailable, deletion waits until cleanup resumes. Inputs are removed after processing. Cancel and delete requests removal sooner, after any running process stops.
Essential cookies and abuse prevention
A signed session cookie carries form-protection state and a support receipt reference. It does not contain uploaded files, document drafts or passwords. It is used to prevent cross-site form submissions and is not an advertising cookie. Server tools and the contact form maintain short-lived rate-limit counters derived from your IP address using a keyed hash; these are not plain IP addresses but remain technical identifiers. Hosting access logs may separately contain IP addresses.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, user-agent information, request addresses, and other technical data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain service stability. These operational records are separate from tool inputs. Retention depends on the hosting and provider configuration.
Third-party services and advertising
Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and related services. Google AdSense may be used to support the site through advertising. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on prior visits to this or other websites, subject to applicable consent choices.

Contact information
The support form stores your email address, selected topic, message, receipt reference and submission time in a private server database so the operator can respond. Scheduled cleanup deletes these records after 90 days; the operator can delete them sooner. If configured, an email provider delivers a notification containing your request to the operator. Email replies and notifications may remain in mailboxes according to their own retention settings. Messages sent directly by email or Discord are also used to respond. Avoid passwords, private documents and other sensitive information in reports. To request deletion, contact the operator with your receipt reference and email address.
