Why I built Btech3
I built this site after getting frustrated with tools that claim to be free but require sign-ups, trials, or payments before you can finish. Btech3 is my collection of straightforward utilities for jobs such as converting an image, making a QR code, or inspecting encoded text.
The tools are free to use without an account. Server tools have published size limits to keep processing manageable. Browser tools use your device, and larger inputs can take longer on a phone.
How the tools are built
The site uses Flask and readable JavaScript. Each tool explains its inputs, its limitations, and whether processing happens on your device or the server. Outputs are ordinary files or text that you can take elsewhere.
AI may assist with development and writing. It is a development aid, not an authority: functionality needs testing, and content needs human review before publication. Responsibility for the site remains with its operator.
Feedback and corrections
If you find an incorrect result, get in touch with the tool name, browser, expected result, and a small example that does not contain private information. Suggestions for useful tools are welcome too.
